Many of our volunteers, including Larry Torpy, a former TCC Committee Chair of the Midwestern ISA Chapter, gave their time to help prepare the course, inspect the gear and score the events. Many were past tree climbing championship competitors. We extend our thanks to all of those volunteers who set up the event, donated equipment, assisted with tabulating the scores and sold refreshments. Your collective efforts made the 2014 New York State Tree Climbing Championship a great success.
